Location
Ivory Tree Game Lodge is situated in the North Eastern region of Pilanesberg Game Reserve. The closest gate point of entry is Bakgatla gate.
Pilanesberg Game Reserve hosts the Big 5 amongst many other mammals and bird species. Ivory Tree Game Lodge, has a five star grading from the Tourism Grading Council (TGCSA) and is one of South Africa's largest private game lodges.
It is situated in the North West Province and is in a malaria free area close to Sun City and approximately 2 hours drive from Johannesburg, or about 40 minutes flight.
Rates
HIGH SEASON
(1st December 2011 – 30th April 2012) and (1st October 2012 – 30th
November 2012)
R2 650 per person per night sharing for a standard suite - 59 standard suites
R6 000 per executive suite per night – 4 Executive Suites
LOW SEASON
(1st May 2012 – 30th September 2012)
R2 250 per person per night sharing – 59 Standard Suites
R6 000 per suite per night – 4 Executive Suites
Single supplement - 50% of the per person sharing rate
Children under 12 - 50% of the per person rate when sharing with 2 adults
Children - sharing with adults in executive suites will be charged 50% of the
standard suite sharing rate
Executive suite - Rates permit 2 adults per night, no single supplement applies

Rate inclusions: Accommodation, all meals, teas & snacks and two daily
safari activities.
Rate exclusions: The conservation levy, reserve entrance fees, all drinks and purchases of a personal nature.
The lodge reserves the right to restrict one night weekend or peak period bookings.

- 59 standard suites and 4 executive suites.

Ivory Tree Game Lodge is in Pilanesberg Game Reserve near Sun City in North West Province and access is via the Bakgatla Gate. It is about 2 hours drive from Johannesburg. There are flights from Johannesburg.
